Please be assured that all seafood products purchased from True World Foods NY, LLC is processed under Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, all of our fresh and frozen seafood products whether imported or domestic.
The Tuna Saku and Tuna Steak you purchase from TWF NY LLC is not contaminated and has not been recalled by the FDA.
The products subject to the FDA recall are labeled "AAA Nakaochi Scrape" or "AA Nakaochi Scrape" imported from India and distributed by Moon Marine USA Corporation (also known as MMI) in Cupertino, California. TWF NY LLC does not purchase these frozen products from Moon Marine.
